Pisa is only 35 km or thirty-five minutes away from the Casale. It’s a world-famous city for its timeless Leaning Tower of Pisa and for the Square of Miracles (Piazza Dei Miracoli) where the leaning tower is situated, along with the Baptistery and the Cathedral.
If you are not afraid of heights, do climb up the tower. Apart from this unique climbing experience, you will be rewarded with an amazing view. The white marble cover and decorations set on a green mantle create a wonderful contrast of color, especially during sunny days. In addition to Piazza Dei Miracoli the church of Santa Maria Della Spina, Piazza Delle Vettovaglie and the Scuola Normale University in the Piazza Dei Cavalieri are worth a visit.
